Classes include recipes, some hands-on involvement, demonstrations and sample tastings. Wine tastings are included for many evening classes for those participants 21 and older. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. If classes are fully booked, we’re happy to add you to our waiting list and will contact you if space becomes available. Please call Epicures Culinary directly to book a class.
All adult classes are open to everyone 11 and older. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Kid’s classes are clearly marked, and are open to our junior chefs ages 5 to 10. Each junior chef must be accompanied by an adult, who is welcome to attend for free.
All cooking classes are held at Epicures Culinary Center, 7601 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio, at the intersection of Main and Graham.
Classes are either "Demonstration" (non-participation) format or "Hands-on" (partial-participation) format.
Participants receive tasting portions of the dishes prepared in class. The tastings may not constitute a complete meal, unless indicated, but we suggest participants have only a light snack prior to arrival, if necessary.
Complimentary water and coffee will be served during class.
Adults (21 and older) will be offered wine with most classes (included in the class price), served with the food samples. Wine is served along with the food samples, not before-hand.

Cooking class registrations must be received with payment in full, either by check mailed to Epicures, or cash/check brought to the facility. Epicures reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment or instructor illness. If a class is cancelled, we will contact students by telephone to arrange for refunds and credits. You may cancel your registration for a class up until 10 calendar days in advance of the class date and receive either a 100% refund or transfer the fee to another class. Refunds can only be made in the same method in which you originally paid. You may cancel your registration for a class up until 5 calendar days in advance of the class date and apply your credit to a future class. No credit or refund will be given for any class registration cancelled less than 5 calendar days prior to a class date, unless the class is sold out and we are able to sell your space. You may choose to send someone in your place. These policies were created in order to allow Epicures to continue to offer YOU great cooking classes at reasonable prices.

Participation in an Epicures cooking classes may involve the participant’s use of cooking equipment and tools in a busy kitchen environment. It is understood and expressly agreed to by the participant that by making payment for (including the redemption of a gift certificate or volunteering) and/or by participating in the class the participant releases, indemnifies and hold harmless Epicures, Inc. and the directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents of any of them, from any and all liability of any kind for any damages and/ or injuries incurred in connection with the participant’s attendance at a cooking class at Epicures and understands and accepts the risks inherent in the preparation and cooking of food with other people in the kitchen.
