Lasagna Dinner $20 per guest.
Traditional lasagna made with Italian sausage, ricotta, provolone and mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce. Our lasagna is served with a tossed salad, green beans sautéed with garlic and bread basket with garlic bread sticks and rolls.
Fettucine Quattro Formaggio $20 per guest.
Fettuccine Noodles tossed with Alfredo sauce, Cheddar, Parmesan and Romano Cheeses. The fettuccine is served with a tossed salad, sautéed zucchini, tomatoes and garlic and bread basket.
(Add $2 for chicken or $4 for shrimp.)
Roast Chicken and Stuffing $20 per guest.
A generous sized chicken quarter is seasoned with butter and rubbed with garlic and herbs then roasted slowly. We have bundled our chicken with savory stuffing, buttermilk mashed potatoes and pan gravy. Also included is a tossed salad and bread basket.
The following selections include Epicures house salad, roll basket and a choice of our Bananas Foster Cheesecake or Brownie Caramel Pie.
Chicken Piccata $25 per guest.
Chicken medallions sautéed in butter with lemon and capers. The Piccata is served with angel hair pasta and broccoli with garlic.
Breast of Chicken and Spring Chutney $25 per guest.
Pan-fried chicken breast with rhubarb-cherry chutney, rice pilaf and lemon herb green beans.
Oven Roasted Tilapia $25 per guest.
Farm fresh Tilapia prepared “en papillote” with a blend of lemon and seasonings. Served with buttermilk mashed potatoes topped with caramelized onions, parmesan roasted asparagus and a dill cream sauce.
Breast of Chicken Cordon Bleu $25 per guest.
Chicken breast stuffed with our special blend of cheeses and smoked ham and roasted. Our Cordon Bleu is served with Parmesan orzo and green beans with caramelized onions.
Roast Apricot Pork Loin $25 per guest.
Pork loin is roasted and finished with an apricot-ginger glaze. The pork loin is served sliced with wild rice pilaf with toasted pecans and cranberries and steamed broccoli.
Maryland Crab Cakes $29 per guest.
Maryland-style style crab cakes with a secret blend of seasonings and fresh crabmeat. These delicious crab cakes are served with sea salt-crusted baked potato and sautéed haricot verts (French green beans) and a Remoulade dipping sauce.
Spicy Crumbed Salmon $29 per guest.
Topped with seasoned crumbs and served with spicy mayonnaise, jasmine rice and honey glazed sugar snap peas and carrots.
Chili Rubbed Beef Mignons $32 per guest.
Filet mignons with a chili crust sautéed and served with a cilantro-cream sauce, yellow rice and roasted peppers.
Roast Tenderloin of Beef $32 per guest.
Tenderloin of beef is seasoned with herbs and garlic, roasted slowly to medium-rare, sliced and topped with a demi-glace sauce and served with Cheddar mashed potatoes and julienne vegetables.
Roast Rack of Lamb Dijonnaise $35 per guest.
Rack of Lamb coated with Dijon crumbs and roasted medium-rare, served with wild rice pilaf, and roasted asparagus with Gorgonzola butter.
